Meet Coach Indi

Hello, hello! I am Indi! I have grown up playing sports and have lived an active lifestyle ever since I can remember. Eating whole foods and the idea of ‘everything in moderation’ resonates with me and who I am.



As a girl who has grown up with heart problems and significant digestive issues, I have become a huge advocate for keeping active not only for physical but mental health and the importance of fueling our bodies with nourishing foods.


When I am not at work, you will mostly find me reading, going for walks with my mum, cooking for my boyfriend, or swimming with my best friends in the late afternoon.


Although my journey is just beginning, I have a passion for physical activity, nutrition and holistic health. Once I complete my studies, I hope to give nutritional advice and one day own a naturopath clinic located in a small beach town.


My goal is to empower women to feel confident in their own skin. I look forward to seeing you in my group strength classes and give nutritional advice in the near future.
