A common question we get asked is when is the best time to start a fitness routine? The answer to this question is it's always a good time to start!
Even if it's two days before Christmas or 3 days before the New Year, it's a great time to start.
As soon as you have the idea in your mind that you want to start a fitness routine or you want to start making some healthy positive changes to your life then take action on that thought immediately.
Here is how you can take action:
Find yourself a coach who can help you get started by booking you into some PT sessions to help build your consistency and confidence.
Join a gym or group fitness studio like PWR FIT ( ;-) ) and start out with a session or 2 per week. (remember everyone has to start somewhere, so don't stress about being new)
Buy a new healthy cookbook for recipe inspiration to help you with lunch and dinner ideas
Get some nutrition advice from a nutrition coach who can help guide you at the start, don't go down the road of thinking you need to go on a FAD diet like keto.
Ask for help, and continue to ask for help!
Once you get started you are away with it, now the next thing to do is to keep going and stay consistent, so you continue to see results! This can be hard and we know that, that's why accountability from someone like a coach or a small group fitness studio can really help you to stay on track!
