I am a qualified Personal Trainer and currently studying to be a nutrition coach. I am passionate to help people become the healthiest, happiest and strongest versions of themselves. No need to do hours and hours of cardio or be on a strict diet plan to see results!! Achieve your goals with consistency and healthier habits.


Strength training has become a part of my life and has truly changed it, allowing me to feel strong and empowered. I am wanting to do the same for you!

Hi everyone, I’m Molly, one of the passionate trainers here at PWR Fit studios. 

I love to motivate, push and encourage my clients- not only in their workouts but in different aspects of their life, to try and unlock and encourage them to reach their full potential. 

As a  student, I have truly found my passion in health and fitness. It has become a part of my daily routine where I feel energised, powerful, and uplifted. 

Alongside training, I love to play a variety of sports, create paintings, and spend time with my family. PWR has become a space where I can be my authentic self and focus on my goals as well as my clients.

The studio environment at PWR is like none other to me. After each and every class I am guaranteed an endorphin hit, and I leave feeling set up for the remainder of my day. I always push my ladies in class, whilst keeping their spirits and motivation high.

Two of my favourite motto’s that I regularly use and will finish on are “mind over matter” and “sore today, stronger tomorrow”. Whether we’re holding a plank or fitting in those last reps of cardio sets in, these sayings keep us going until that 45-second timer is up. I hope to continue learning and growing in this amazing environment- a space where we can uplift, encourage and elevate in all aspects of our life.

Coach & Personal Trainer

Hello, hello! I am Indi! I have grown up playing sports and have lived an active lifestyle ever since I can remember. Eating whole foods and the idea of ‘everything in moderation’ resonates with me and who I am. 


As a girl who has grown up with heart problems and significant digestive issues, I have become a huge advocate for keeping active not only for physical but mental health and the importance of fueling our bodies with nourishing foods. 


When I am not at work, you will mostly find me reading, going for walks with my mum, cooking for my boyfriend, or swimming with my best friends in the late afternoon. 


Although my journey is just beginning, I have a passion for physical activity, nutrition and holistic health. Once I complete my studies, I hope to give nutritional advice and one day own a naturopath clinic located in a small beach town. 


My goal is to empower women to feel confident in their own skin. I look forward to seeing you in my group strength classes and give nutritional advice in the near future.

I'm Lisa and have been in the industry for nearly 30 years now! I have a passion for living an active lifestyle, the beach, mountain biking, running, and yoga. 

Here at PWR Fit Studios, I will be taking you through energising sessions of stretch and flow, a unique yoga flow session that I have developed to help give the body the energy and flexibility that it needs to complement a busy life and your training sessions. 

As someone who has been running for years, it is something that I encourage is never too late to start if you want to give it ago. I will be taking a run club in association with PWR FIT Studios to teach you all how to run 5km with ease, taking it one step at a time! 

I look forward to seeing you in the studio and perhaps even out on the road running with me on Saturday mornings!

Erica McGough

Hey! I’m coach Erica.


I am a snowboarding addict, food lover and most importantly, Mama to my daughter Lillie Moon.

I am a strength training enthusiast and a passionate mental health advocate.


I have a long history in sports and exercise after spending 10+ years as a competitive swimmer. After my swimming career I became incredibly unhealthy and found myself in a really low mental headspace. When I fell pregnant with my daughter, I decided I really needed to focus on my health in order to be the best possible mother to the little person growing inside me. The love I have for my daughter helped me in my journey to loosing 25kgs, gaining back my love for exercise and putting myself back in a happy positive mindset. 


I have been on both ends of the health & fitness spectrum and believe this experience has helped shape me into a person who can understand you and your fitness goals/journey on a deeper level. 


As a PWR Fit coach I just love helping women find the joy and fun in exercise and helping women work at their own pace towards their aspirations to build healthy, beautiful, strong minds and bodies.
