I am a qualified Personal Trainer and currently studying pre and postnatal fitness. I am passionate to help people become the healthiest, happiest and strongest versions of themselves. Calyssa is one of our incredible group fitness instructors here at PWR FIT as well as coaching our clients she has her own personal training business, helping postpartum mums.
