The PWR Up challenge is designed to help you commit to begin fitter, healthier and stronger. It's not a "lose weight as quickly as you can" challenge, it's not another fad fitness plan, it's a commitment challenge! Commit to yourself for YOU and feel healthier, fitter, and stronger this year!
The third 6-week block begins on November 7th and will be very limited to spaces.
The challenge includes:
Unlimited classes for 8 weeks (we recommend 3-4 per week for the best results
2x body scans using our new EVOLT body scanner, 1 at the beginning of the challenge and one at the end
2x Nutrition group coaching sessions
Nutritional guidance ebook with recipes to help you with healthy meal inspo
Have a calorie breakdown and portion control recommendation worked out for you based on your scan results and based on your lifestyle (everyone's calories are different from one another)
A smoothie from our smoothie bar Nourish Flourish
Your investment: $300 (for non-members)

We recommend for the best results you commit yourself to 3-4 classes per week, follow the calories recommended for you as an individual, ask lots of questions, and stay committed for the whole 6 weeks and the future weeks to come!

Stay committed by investing in yourself and having the accountability of the PWR Coaches to guide you through the 6 week challenge.
