The PWR Up challenge is designed to help you commit to begin fitter, healthier and stronger. It's not a "lose weight as quickly as you can" challenge, it's not another fad fitness plan, it's a commitment challenge! Commit to yourself for YOU and feel healthier, fitter, and stronger this year!

The first challenge of the year starts Monday 12th Feb! 

​

The challenge includes:

​

  • Unlimited classes for 8 weeks (we recommend 3-4 per week for the best results

  • 2x body scans using our new EVOLT body scanner, 1 at the beginning of the challenge and one at the end

  • 2x Nutrition group coaching sessions

  • Nutritional guidance ebook with recipes to help you with healthy meal inspo

  • Caloric intake advice after your first scan

  • Your investment: $300 (for non-members & concession card holders)

  • Your investment: $105 (for members)

​

  • If you want a customised meal plan! You can now add on this option, using our PWR FIT APP! You will get a meal plan, as well as shopping lists to help you stay on track with your nutrition during the 8 week period of the challenge.

  • Your investment $150

We recommend for the best results you commit yourself to 3-4 classes per week, follow the calories recommended for you as an individual, ask lots of questions, and stay committed for the whole 8 weeks and the future weeks to come!

Training 3-4 times per week with our functional strength and fitness classes will help you get stronger as we show you how to train with weights!
